Has anyone ever successfully changed the email message that gets sent when a site is close to or over quota? I'd like to suggest that the account holder upgrade to a larger hosting package rather than have them delete files.

I thought the messages were stored /etc/cobalt/messages/english.db which contains the messages in /etc/cobalt/messages/english.txt. I tried rebuilding the database and used the command:
/usr/local/sbin/getmsg mon_groupspace_body
to retrieve the message, but the original message is still being sent. Any ideas?
