Not in this case. WorldSite has a block against registering owned trademarks. Like even though microsoft.ws is available you can't register it. Also, it is a differenet term. When I say netsolutions.ws I don't mean like Network Solutions. I mean like Internet Solutions. Net = Internet :) So to answer your question I can't be sued because anytime a .ws is registered it is checked with a trademark database. Try it yourself at www.worldsite.ws
