We have a website that suddenly slowed down to a crawl. The server load on the server is minimal, so that's not the problem. There have been no code changes to the site at all.

The site is:
http://www.riddlenut.com
which pulls some of its info (using php) from:
http://www.net3media.com
which is not the problem.

We have another site:
http://www.javafile.com
which is on a different server and is also pulling info from net3media.com and it's very fast.

I'll gladly pay somebody to fix this issue. I've had 2 server admins looking into it for days with no resolution.
