Can someone give me a quick tutorial on how to take an image in Fireworks MX and change it to Grayscale and Emboss it?

I can see the option for embossing, but it doesn't grayscale it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Off the top of my head, under the "tools" menu choice (I think, can't look at work) there's a choice that says "Creative." There's an option under that to "convert to grayscale." I believe that's what you're looking for.
