I am looking into putting up a small data center in downtown Los Angeles, specifically targeted to serve people who need a low-cost co-location solution with low-cost bandwidth included.

I would like to get some feedback from you guys regarding the following proposed offerring and pricing...

- 4U of rack mount, or 4U-19" of shelf space
- 100Mbs burstable direct port to switch
- Primary bandwidth from Cogent 100Mbs pipe
- Redundant T1 bandwith from 2 alternate providers
- Redundant air conditioning (building + backup unit)
- Redundant power supply (building + UPS)
- 15 IP Addresses per machine (more on request basis)
- Adult content is ok (as long as it's legal)

$149/mo. + $250 setup - with 100GB of xfer / mo.
$249/mo. + $250 setup - with 250GB of xfer / mo.
$340/mo. + $250 setup - with 500GB of xfer / mo.
$1.00/GB for additional monthly xfer

What do you guys think? Worth doing?
