I'm looking for a dedicated server, with good bandwidth pricing and cpanel. I've been looking heavy towards burst.net, and i want some feed back from ACTUAL customers, not just hearsay crap. I would like to know how reliable they are (i.e.-response times, hidden charges, network stability, hardware reliability)

All info would be greatly appreciated.

We placed a server there in June that is still there.

PROs:

1) great support
2) reasonable pricing
3) EXTREMELY nice support staff

CONS:

1) remote reboot hardware that was promised to us in June has yet to be made live
2) When something really goes wrong, they often don't answer the phone in the NOC (I usually have no trouble getting them on the phone in the NOC)

All in all, I recommend BurstNET.

3-4 days ago my newly hosted server at burst.net went down and was down for 5 hours. but when i called there noc it came only within minutes. there may be problem specefic to my server since it is newly setup.

yes there support and network reliability is great. and sean and john are very helpfull.

over all i recomend them.
