Hello everybody,
We usually meet on this form and the ones like it to vent some aggravation and try to figure out a solution and a way out of a bad host or server. God knows there are too many of these and chances are that we all have gone through, or will go through few of these before finding a good one.
I would like to take a quick moment to recommend an extremely good hosting company, Intermedia.net. Over the past year or so I had my e-commerce web site hosted by few different companies that promised great customer service and uptime guarantees that they could not deliver, on top of them was *****. ***** uptime was not available (they did good if the could brake into the 90%) customer support was literally not there, and was very un-capable, un-professional.
I got to the point where I thought it was impossible to find a good reliable server. After some good mount of research I have found Intermedia.net and it is just incredible. We get response to support e-mail within an hour, the solutions and answers are professional and to the point, uptime is as promised, and the server is reliable. Finally I get some peace and don’t have to constantly worry about my site being down and how much sales we are loosing.
I would highly recommend their service to any one .
