you can ask your DC to have the reverse authority
delegated to you, and then set it all up yourself in
whm. cpanel forums have a few how-tos:

Enter Tweak Settings and enable reverse dns resolution for Awstats.

heh, that has nothing to do with RDNS, it's an ip->domain resolution for web server stats.

Most likley the IPs have not been delegated to ask your nameservers for reverse lookup info. As such, contact your ISP and have THEM set it up on your IPs for you.

This is what I get in cPanel DNS Lookup:

DNS Results:
amusive.com has address 69.57.134.xx

Zone Information:
Host amusive.com not found: 9(NOTAUTH)
; Transfer failed.
