Someone's Using my address for SPAM [Archive]

I just got a message bounced back to me from a spam filter that I never sent. My server doesn't allow relaying so they must just be spoofing the address. The message is below, any suggestions on what I should do. My NOC does not tolerate spams so this guy could get me in a lot of trouble. :angry:
