Fujiwara Takumi 03-31-2004, 08:09 PM Originally posted by templatemake no like how much bandwidth can a dsl line pump out with 100 upload in a month. what sort of measure of anything is "100 upload in a month" dsl line is not limited to bandwidth, its generally limited to speed. if you have 100 k/s you want to know how many gigs you could serve to your users? ilyash 03-31-2004, 08:10 PM 100mbps? kbps? just take that number and multiply it by [2678400] How many seconds in a month with 31 days. so.. 267840000 KB or 267840000 MB depending on your line. I think its kb though... Darktwist 03-31-2004, 08:11 PM I don’t understand your question. You will need to be more specific. If I understand you correctly, you mean you wanted to know how much your bandwidth will eat up if you upload 100MB? Simple answer: if you upload 100MB then 100MB of bandwidth have used (or eaten up) Most ADSL line has unmetered connection, so you don’t have to worry how much you download. amusive.com 03-31-2004, 08:38 PM 100 what? sid007 04-01-2004, 01:37 AM huh? Amish_Geek 04-01-2004, 03:09 PM Think of your internet connection as a garden hose, and data/files as water. The bandwidth is how much water can go through the hose. The bigger the hose, the more water you can push through :) net-trend 04-01-2004, 03:13 PM Originally posted by templatemake no like how much bandwidth can a dsl line pump out with 100 upload in a month.
