Just checking out the modernbill demo, but can anyone tell me...

1) How I integrate the order page into my own site? Which files do I need to edit?

2) Is there a printable manual? PDF format maybe?

If you have it installed, in your admin panel click on help and it should launch the admin manual. There is a section in there on the files involved with the order forms.
