does anyone know places where i could get flash clips (free or paid) like this one:

I need a clip like that, but longer (like 30 sec.) and it should be a guy talking to the viewer, maybe making some gestures etc so i can have someone voice over it.

Any hints on where i could obtain such clips would deeply be appreciated
