Sharing with you all another rare specimen. Got a call from this rare specimen that he wants to terminate hosting. Told him he owe us 2 months of hosting fees. He keep insisting on paying only 1 month. We told him we will terminate him immediately giving him an hour to retrieve his emails and files. He insisted on 2 hours. After all the cursing and swearing, my support staff cant take it and told him not even an hour. We delete straightaway.

Last thing I know my domain registrar was complaining that he called them 6 times in a row........

Seems those types are a dime a dozen these days. Let me guess: He uses "OMFG" and "WTF" repeatedly throughout each and every trouble ticket. ;)

Not that dime a dozen in Singapore. Given that our hosting fees is US$5 a month, we dun get such persistent "clients" who refuse to pay a month and rather have it terminated. "OMFG" and "WTF", he spoke in Chinese, hard to translate exactly hehe. But these people are the ones that really add colours to support. Without them life would be too dull
