Bandwidth: 50-60 GB per month
CGI Access / SSI
PHP
Price Range: $60 - $75

I know 1 GB = $1, but still if anyone can recommend me good host. I'm planning to move to new host by the end of this month.

I don't think there are many, if any, shared solutions that offer this.

And why is that? Expect to pay a quality bandwith anywhere from $1-$3/GB.
