I think it depends on the state where the server resides, as far as i know different states in the US have different laws regarding gambling and casinos, and most DC's terms reflect local laws.

mabye find some similar sites, look at their DNS and see where they are hosted?

It is illegal to setup an online casino site within Britain.

It is however legal to run your casino from overseas (Servers in the US) and advertise it in the UK.

To be able to run an online casino site hosted and operated within the UK you will need to apply for a Casino license from the "Gaming Board"

I also advise that you dont register a .co.uk if you plan to go ahead as it will be shut down if noticed by authorities/governing bodies, even searching "UK casino" you will see the amount of .co.uk's that do not work.
