Are you talking about the Last 30 Visitors Moduel? This just tells you the last 30 IPs to visit your website. It shows the IP address (no lookup available), the URL they came in on, and few other things.

It basically just shows you the last 30 lines in Apache's log in an easier to read format that's realtime unlike Webalizer and AWstats (unless you have update now turned on in the .conf)
