The graphic designer will be needed to design logos. We do NOT need a web designer! The graphic designer will be paid per project.

Sales Rep is needed to make sales, you decide how you want to make sales (ex. chat rooms, forums, etc)

Not to barge in, but I recommend FutureAdvanced Interactive for graphic work. I've been satisfied with all of the templates (3) and graphics (20+) they have created for me.

I do not work for them, trust me - if you could see my created templates, you'd understand why. Just trying to give my opinion. Hope I helped.
