Have you asked Nocster?

You certainly haven't provided us enough information to help you. I hope you give Nocster more.

Did your script break something?

Im waiting for the reseller to come on.

As for the script (i dont think so) the scripts doesnt effect the server apart from a edited exim so if it was the script the mail server would be done for nothing else.

You're waiting on a reseller and it's Nocster's fault?

Sorry. I'm just trying to understand your reasoning that Nocster servers suck.

How long have you had the server?

Nocster is responsible for their network, the hardware and cPanel. Your 3rd party software that you probably didn't install right is not their problem. Then buying from a reseller makes it even worse. I suggest you not point fingers so quickly.

Even if you get a managed server, you should really know your way around Linux before taking the jump to dedicated. Know how to manage it yourself, as if you screw up installing something or modifying services, you're still screwed. I'm amazed by the sheer number of people who have servers and have no idea how to work with linux themselves.

Why don't you just directly contact Nocster support? Even with a reseller, you can directly contact Nocster. I can almost guarantee you that it's not a problem with the server itself - Nocster doesn't do anything special to the servers. It is always possible that there's a hardware problem, but if it happened when installing/using a new script, most likely, it's the script.

No. You can either create a helpdesk account at http://support.burst.net or email support@nocster.net . If your server is down, you can submit a trouble ticket, email reboot@burst.net, or call them at 877-BURSTNET.

The point everyone is trying to make is this is not a support forum for Nocster. If you have an issue with your Nocster server you should talk to them.

Or barring that at least go to the Nocster forums and ask your questions.

There's no reason not to use their support, after all, it's free. I listed all methods to get in contact with them above.

Next time please try to do this before you post to WHT. Might avoid all the flames...
