Must be of teenage related 12-17yr old demographic(e.g buddy icons sites are perfect)

Clean ownership of domain

Not banned by Google, no domain disputes, no copyright or trademark violations

A fair amount of unique content, or an active forum

If your asking price relies on earnings/earnings potential I'd need proof of those earnings

No dynamic content

Spending limit 3-5k upfront cash money....financing would be needed anything over 6k

Maybe you should work out your own financing or wait until you have more money avaliable - any site with that many visitors per day will cost you MUCH MUCH MUCH more than $5k and alot of people balk at offering their own financing - just some advice from how I've seen things work.

i know your from dnforum but you haven't taken everything in account. Sure it would get alot of uniques but you could get it for $5000 or less if the site makes 0 revenue.
