He opened an account with us in the past and used WAR SCRIPTS AND DOS scripts. He did like 1MBPS of traffic and caused one of our servers to crash.

AND TO TOP IT OFF... HE JUST TRIED TO OPEN ANOTHER ACCOUNT WITH US...

Some people just don't get it.
