Hi,

We are looking for a company that offers support on a per ticket basis. We do not want to deal with individuals, as obviously people have to sleep and so we want to deal with a company that offers true 24x7 support.

Alot of companies seem to offer per ticket prices, but they have a monthly fee as well or you buy tickets in bulk that expire each month.

In summary we want :-

* A company that offers support 24/7
* Per ticket prices
* No expiry date on ticket purchases
* No monthly fee

We don't want anything more complicated. No per server pricing or per domain, just a simple price per ticket, NO ADDED EXTRAS.

Can anyone suggest any companies that do this? or can companies please PM me if they can offer this service.

I know a company, its Brainus networks. You can contact at Sales for this. We are getting our servers managed by Brainus Networks and are very happy with them :).

Maybe you could type BRAINUS into Google? :rolleyes:

They appear to be very Helm (Windows server) centric, not sure they'd be a good choice for per ticket tech support.

I'd be interested in finding out if anyone offers this service as well. I'll just keep lurking and hope someone has a suggestion ;)
