I have just recently signed up with cyberwurx.com and could not be any happier. They have exceeded my highest expectations. There support team is first class, every problem/question has been resolved within 15-30 minutes, sometimes quicker. I would recommend them to anyone looking to setup a dedicated server.

They have yet to fail me :D

IMO, its my best decision to join cyberwurx and recommend them to WHT!

I am a cw fanboy too... No downtime, no problems at all :)

i have a server with them for about 15 months. Greate service, greate support greate uptime.

2 Years here and the only downtime I have had is for server hardware upgrades.

No harm in adding more experience to the thread.

Why is that so bad? It was a thread involving experiences with Cyberwurx. I didn't think there was anything wrong with adding my experience for future reference for those researching them for dedicated hosting. Isnt that what WHT is here for along with many other things?

I think the fact that I have been with them for 2 years with no downtime except for upgrades is a wonderfull thing to know!

No offense Greg, but do you really think that question was needed? If there was a rule stating that threads couldnt be replied to after X amount of time then I missed it and do apologize for bring up a "old thread". This was a thread about the great experiences with CyberWurx and now you are turning it into something else and adding useless content.

Well... I had three servers with them, all of which had major issues and caused me to lose a good number of my clients.

Hard Drive failures and misc Kernel issues.

I have several other servers at NAC and GNAX (both dedicated and co-located all with the same configuration, but for some reason could never fix the cyberwurx server issues).

Just my two cents!

I've also been extremely happy with cyberwurx. I have had a server there for about a year, and it has been great! I had a mobo failure shortly after I got the server, but it was fixed within about an hour or so, of my monitoring detecting the server was down. Their network is solid, and they are a pleasure to deal with.
