Can someone who is currently using Ubersmith answer a question for me? I am trying to configure the credit card gateway to use with AuthorizeNet and need to know the answers for the following variables:


1. path to credit card server. (Ubersmith's or Authorizenet's?)

2. specific path to credit info.

3. username to credit info server -- (is this my Ubersmith username or my merchant account username?)

4. password to credit info server. -- (is this my Ubersmith password or my merchant account password?)

I submitted a support request to voxel.net on Thursday, they replied that someone would contact me and I am still waiting. I re-submitted the support request on Friday but have not received a response. I called today and got their answering machine. There is no section on how to configure the credit card gateway in their manual, the credit card gateway isn't even mentioned.

I'm stuck and would be most appreciative for any help that is offered.

I believe all that info is for your authorize.net gateway.

what I need to know is what is the actual path to the credit card info, what is the actual path to the credit card server, and which password/username combo do I use for the credit card info server? I'm sure the credit card numbers are not going to be stored on AuthorizeNet's servers -- or are they?

Can't really help you with that...sorry :( Try emailing support@voxel.net again and hopefully they can answer you.

Have you tried contacting Authorize.net? They might know that info since they deal with so many different automated billing systems with their service..
