To start with managed.com isnt a managed place anyway, and servermatrix is only semi-managed unless you add the management package which since you appear to be going for very cheap I doubt. www.ev1servers.net www.valueweb.com www.1and1.com valueweb and ev1 are unmanaged places I'm not positive about 1and1 I think they do offer managed but the other 2 dont. I would agree with the suggestion of Servint but since you appear to be aiming for the cheapest you can get I would advise looking at nocster or a nocster reseller but they may not be as well managed as you appear to be looking for. The only company I know where you can get 100% managed servers is www.futurahost.com and their servers are at Hurricane Electric (Fremont).
