I am facing a new type of problem if u can help me then plz help me.
when I am mailing from my server (mithilesh@classicsoftwares.com) to xyz@yahoo.com then delivery is failure and same when I am mailing from Yahoo address to xyz@classicsoftwares.com then it again failure delivery shows.But when I am mailing from my server to any other server like xyz@hotmail.com then it is working smoothly.
Can you give me what is the actual problem?

It sounds like a hostname problem in sendmail or exim to me.

In this message, it simply says there is a local config error on your server (@classicsoftwares.com). You need to add classicsoftwares.com as a local domain.
Your server is down now.

I just got this error exactly. my domain is in the /etc/localdomains any other ideas?

someone has added yahoo.com as a domain in your server. So your server thinks that yahoo.com mailbox in the same server and tries to route the mail there.
go to /etc/localdomains and delete the entry yahoo.com
also go to /etc/userdomains.com and delete.
delete the zone file if it is there.
and give a nice dose to the reseller who had done that:D
