I have some domains I would like to sell and don't really know what they are worth, so I would like to get suggestions from any of you who would care to make them.
What I really need is pricing suggestions - this post is not really intended to advertise these for sale here but if any one wants to make an offer go for it - but please make the offers off list to my email address only.
PORTAL-USA.COM
PET-USA.COM
X-BIZ.COM
X-BIZ.NET
X-BIZ.ORG
BY-IT.COM
DOGBUY.COM
US-LAW.ORG
Unless any of them are fully developed web sites, I would say they are worth around $10 each.

You know some people say that but I happen to totally disagree with that theory because some words when run together just don't work. When it comes to being readable and recognizable by the neophyte web surfer what ever helps readability will help them to make sense of your domain name.
Yes of course if you take the industry insider purist view you are correct at least as far as ultimate value goes but if your clicking on a link to a website witch is how most visitors will get to your site what difference does it possibly make? especially if the average person can read the domain and it makes since to them because of the dash! no one is trying to imagine these are multi thousand dollar domains those days are gone forever so what else is out there that works and is understandable?
DON'T BE AFRAID OF THE DASH!
Just the way I see it!
Now if your talking about alternative spelling of words as domains then yes that is dumb as dirt, like by-it.com.... yes that one is REALLY stupid but it was really late and... :puke:
