I am looking for web based software, similar to www.humanclick.com, which has merged with www.liveperson.com.
Main functionality:
1) Tracks user in REALTIME, showing current page & time, referring data INCLUDING keywords from search engines.
2) Provides an audible alert (eg dingdong) on web site operators' PC, each time a new visitor enters site.
3) Indicates on website to users, whether operator was online or offline.
4) Provides chat interface, with as few user clicks as possible
5) Provides alternate contact if operator unavailable. (eg email or callback request)
OPTIONAL FEATURES
a) Option to send user alert to SMS, or ICQ
b) Aggregate tracking data
c) Multiple operators
Most important feature is #2, cause I cant figure out how that is done, and it's a key feature.
If any energetic programmer out there has done, or wants to work on this project, please let me know. I am willing to purchase or partner.
