First, Welcome to the forums!

As for your question, I use ZoneEdit to manage one of my domains and I have not had any problems yet. They seem reliable since their DNS servers are geographically located.

As for other places, maybe:

www.mydomain.com ?

I also use www.mydomain.com but they don't offer reseller servers. What I want is find a company to host and manage my nameservers ...

I used ZoneEdit for almost 6 months. Never once had a problem. I was using there free trial thingy that can hold up to 3 domains. I now have my own reseller package with name servers and have no need for them anymore.

I have used Zoneedit for about 4 months as a backup DNS for a few domains. No problems so far...

For another service try Ultradns.com. They have servers spread out to 8 different locations and have a good reseller program as well.
