View Full Version : Jeffrey @ ServerHost plz contact me ASAP
WildWayz 11-03-2001, 02:16 PM Hi Jeffrey,
I have been emailing you 5 or 6 times in the last 36 hours about my Cpanel license saying it isn't validated.
PLEASE read your emails and fix it as I am getting extremely pissed off.
I even emailed Sean @ Burst.Net to see if we can bypass you to get this fix and he said "The license is expired intentionally.
You need to contact your host to have him correct this matter with us."
You are costing me money by not fixing this as I can't even sign people up! And those who I have on the server can't access their control panel.
I have tried calling the number in the email and I either get a msg service which doesn't work, or it rings on.
I am sorry to the mods for posting this here - but as I said all email/phone contact is not working and this is a last resort.
All my balances are complete (you even charged me a month more that you should have, which you have credited).
So PLEASE fix this ASAP.

:)
William 11-03-2001, 09:46 PM i can provide darkorb cpanel and webpanel lisc.
Chicken 11-03-2001, 09:59 PM I've move this to Related Offers/Request as this thread is pretty much of a disaster, forum guideline wise.
BurstNET 11-03-2001, 11:59 PM Cpanel licenses suspended by one distributor, cannot be re-activated by another distributor, until the metter is cleared up with the original distributor. DarkOrb policy....
Of course this has nothing to do with WebPanel...just Cpanel....
This policy stops licensees from dstributor-hopping, and sticking distributors with unpaid accounts...

WildWayz 11-04-2001, 02:10 AM Gah sod it - it's been 2 days now and not a word from Jeff.
Server will be cancelled and if no refund, then CC company will deal with it.

JapAniManga.ch 11-04-2001, 10:50 AM Hi,
My Ticket has been read from Bob (= Robert) at Sat, 3 Nov 2001 20:50:06 -0500, that say's the Mailconfirmation.
So now lets look how long it takes that the Problem will be solved. Normaly I get good Support from Serverhost/Plusweb.
[PS: I'm in the Timeline of GMT+01]
Just got off the phone with BurstNET who informed me that they would be reactivating the licenses immediately. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Thanks Jeff, but what I/we would like to know is this...
1. Why did it happen in the first place?
2. What will be done to make sure it doesn't happen again?
3. Why were support emails not answered, nor telephone calls?
Since Friday it went down, and at this present time it hasn't come up.
Thats a lot of time where new accounts could not be set up, nor could anyone access their control panels.
It was a disaster!
