So far so good though I haven't really used it for long enough to really give a recommendation either way. Gimme a few months and I'll be able to give a solid y/n

2checkout.com had some very serious problems which were misdiagnosed and lasted several days. I know of at least one customer who have left due to this.

But yes, they offer true monthly billing. :)

What were the problems? Why did the customers leave 2checkout?

The only thing I wish 2checkout had was better fraud protection and possibly your company name printed on the credit card statement but thats about it. I would maybe like to see a more customizable look to the checkout screen.

:dgrin:

Well, the forms are on their server, so you can add your header and footer and overall, I think it looks better than what many of them offer. You aren't going to get the 'your name on the bill' unless you go full merchant (though what was it -propay? - that had this, I don't know how they get away with it however...)

Revecom allows your company name to be on the bill after 30 days or so but initally it is something else.

I hope 2checkout can add this feature and get fraud protection.

We have used 2checkout.com for one of our smaller companies (we also have a merchant account for our main company). We have been very pleased with them. The owner is VERY nice and easy to work with.

As for fraud protection, I haven't had one problem with them. They look through the orders the next business day and will stop one and Email you if it looks fraudulent. Another nice thing, they don't charge you a chargeback fee at all -- they absorb it. Having said that, I haven't had ONE chargeback on that account and I've been using them now for three months. I wouldn't call that bad fraud protection. I will say that we screen them ourselves a bit too though....

I like the daily report that tells me how much we have earned so far.

1) Integrating with their payment system is fairly easy. You can get return values to your site such as address, city, billing name and etc after the transaction is complete.
2) However the site is quite slow somehow.
3) They allow international customers as well as, so I don't see much problem www.2checkout.com

So far so good.
