tera-byte.com is located in canada and have a reasonable Plan B package. 2.50 per gig
If its a 1U rack, its free!

I voted for "No" for two main reasons ... US has tons more connectivity/peering available than Canada. The price for colo can be cheaper here too ... I see no reason why I would want to colo at Canada hosts ...

Im gunna have to disagree, in this month's Web Hosting Mag it refers to in almost every community on Having CABLE AND ADSL Access. In almost every community!:) I agree we might not have the big lines like the OC-192 but we sure do have the DS3's and the OC3's and OC12's. You should pick up WH Mag and read that article. Made my eye's open about our "Digital Revolution"

Well ... what really important for my servers is how much bandwith available to my web server and how much peering that bandwith provider have ... The whole Canadian community can have cable access but then still ... it's better for me to put my server on US. Did not try to say anything bad about canadian hosts, but if you ask me what I would prefer, that's the answer ... Colo in US.
cheers,
