Currently I only want sales staff for reseller accounts, no sales are needed for shared accounts.

The following applies for this position:
* You must be over 18

May I ask, why you must be over 18?

I want someone that is considered an "adult" in irish and uk law.

Most job offers have an age limitation/requirement

If you do a search of sales jobs on WHT you will find a lot that have an age requirement

I would imagine its the one sale a week thing that is putting people off, try increasing it to a month or something.
