Does this work on Mac os x ?

The Webware version absolutely will. It runs on all OS's and any java enabled browser.

As for the software version, if you have Virtual PC for Mac I believe it may, but otherwise no, it is a pc/windows based software application and won't run on *nix or Mac machines.

I couldn't get to your site :(

Is there any spyware component to this software? Does the software do anything "behind the scenes" that would not be directly related to editing?

Once your site is up I'll definitely check out the demo.

As for spyware, absolutely not! In-fact, I had one host some time ago ask me to plant a logging feature into the program for them so they could track their customer's use. They offered a nice amount of extra cash for the feature to be added and I refused. It boils down to my company name and reputation being much more valuable than any extra cash offers, and I also wouldn't risk my reputation with any type of embeded spyware.

I tried your demo, but I was unable to find the WYSIWYG editor. Is it not in the demo version? Also, can all my clients download this software from me free of charge? Even if it's a large amount of clients?

It's not a WYSIWYG editor, it's a test browser for previewing your code in a WYSIWYG manner. As you edit the page in the editor you can preview it in the test browser window, showing you how it will appear when published online.

As for your customers downloading it from you, absolutely. Regardless of how many you have. You're purchasing a branded version with full resell/giveaway rights to your branded version. You may distribute your branded version as you please, to whomever you wish without restrictions.

In the demo mode it has a screen that pops up and says this screen will not appear in the branded version, first window, can we have the window to appear welcoming the customer and thanking them for becoming a member etc, sorta like a introduction from our company.

Do you have an Instant Messanger or Download Manager running? If so, please try closing them and downloading it. Sometimes they can interfere with downloads.
