One of our web servers, which has a only 2-3 clients on it is causing all sorts of diruption. i.e. packet interuption etc. When it is on it brings everything on that switch to a halt. Could this be some time of DoS attack? When i reboot server it seems fine.. any ideas guys? Is there a worm for linux now??

We have tried putting it on a small 5 port switch all alone, seeing if that would filter out the bad packet or what ever is causing the issues, but it still is overloading and sending all sorts of bad packets to our main switch.. Some kind of attack? All its sending is bad packets.. What should we do?
