i need to transfer a joker.com domain to onlinenic but the admin-c of the domain at joker is set as info@email.com#0 i have send the transfer request but i can't get it, how can i transfer out of joker?

You need to update the registrant and admin contacts of the domain. This is where joker should send the approval confirmation

i think he means they add #0 at the end of the email so the transfer request sends the request to email@address.xxx#0

try contacting them to approve the transfer without email confirmation or ask them to fix their whois info.
