IMIN Pty. Ltd. of Australia are currently seeking to fill positions for remote system admins. Duties will include setting up and securing servers, ongoing maintenance of client servers, software updates, troubleshooting, etc.
A good working knowledge of the following operating systems are required.
FreeBSD ( both 4.* and 5.* ), Linux, Windows 2000 - 2003 server.
You should have a good grasp on:
Apache, mysql, IIS, bind, cpanel & WHM, exim, the more the
better.
You should have a good grasp of the English language, can work well within groups, good communication skills and be friendly natured ( for customer relations ).
You will be paid for work completed, payment is negotiable. And please note that this position is "On Call".
Along with your resume, please include your current time zone and preferred working hours.
Please include the following information if at all possible:
- Methods of emergency contact ( cell, pager, etc. )
- Instant Messenger ID ( ICQ, Y!, AIM or MSN )
- Anything else you can think of.
