Should I go with the correct spelling for a domain?

I would go with the correct spelling. The off spelling is difficult and time consuming to explain verbally.

Yeah fewcoin is right, however I would have said Gangstaland because it sounds more gangsta, but just go with Gansterland.

I'd get both and have them point to the same site. I prefer gangstaland .

if you have either one and not both you will possibily be losing traffic, gangsterland is the better of the two but both look like common spellings.

I think it's a must to get both or neither.
And I wouldn't buy only the .com versions unless it's not for business.

GangsterLand if your site is about the "mafia" which only exists in movies, so I hear.

GangstaLand if your site is about inner city youth benevolent societies.

Any target audience.....different spellings can appear funny to some cultures and what-not.

I would agree that the spelling plays an important part...especially when you are planning on submitting your domain to search engines...

2 cents worth...but i like gangstaland better too.
