One thing that i never ever understand ... To you guys who smoke, why is it that you never (or hardly ever) ask anybody's permission when you smoke around non-smokers but then these non-smikers will have to ask, cough ... politely, your permission not to smoke around them?

Where's the "none of the above - I don't smoke" option?! I have enough probs w/ getting the coughs as it is. I once almost became addicted however. Walked through a vegas casino to my room. ;D Anybody see the commercial with the lady that steers the car off the road when the guy riding with her lights up and swurves around trees?

Guy with Her: "What was that?! You could have killed us!"
Her: "You're putting my life in danger, I'm just returning the favor." (not exact quotes... just going off late night memory."

I don't smoke. I absolutely hate my brother when he visits me he always blows the smoke into my bedroom from outside the room just before I had the chance to slam the door in front of him :D

No more smoking since my son was born.

We all know smoking is bad, nothing new. :)

I used to smoke Marlboro but then I switched to Parliaments, made by the same company, (Philip Morris) just a better cig in my opinion. Now when I run out of Parliaments for some reason or another, and the only cigarette I can get ahold of is Marlboro's I get a headache. I guess it's just that I don't like the flavor of Marlboro's cigs anymore, as they are somewhat stale flavored, wheras Parliaments have a good flavor (if that's possible).

I used to smoke tobacco ( Players, which is A Canadian Brand ) for 9 years, and finally gave up on my 400th attempt to quite. I tryed everything, from patches to gum to Zyban ( which gave me a rash and ever since I have had skin problems, GRRRRR ). My mother in law got me the nicorette inhailer, and with a little umph it workeded. Now I just smoke the Big M, and I don't mean Malboro. Hence my name :)

I voted malboro because I didnt bother to look because I didnt think my fave would be listed, but it is ;)

My vote should have gone to the highest voted option :D

Try Acupuncture...never tried to quit ( don't have to) but I know many people who have been helped by Acupuncture...

Damn smokers, I'm sorry, I'm sure some of you are polite, but I am so f***ing sick of dealing with people that smoke!! I get f***ing horrible migrain headaches whenever I just smell smoke. I have to deal with smokers at my school (it sucks to take a test while getting second hand smoke, slowly dying and getting a migrain headache!!) Many smokers are so damn impolite. Whatever, I guess you can do what you want to do, but I don't want to inhale second hand smoke!!

On a lighter note...The Onion ( www.theonion.com ) ran this great story on how all smoking has been confined into a utility closet in the midwest... :D But I can't find it now... :(
