Ok, I am the webmaster over at vbhacks.org (a semi-layout is up but not the actual banner or anything of that type is up right now). Anyway, the purpose behind the website is to be a vBulletin hack archive, the way we are going to achive that is through vBulletin Forum Software.
The only problem that we have run into is that the money for the forum is no more. A sponsor was lined up to provide us with a licensed version of vBulletin 2.2 (released last night to members - I think mods at vB got it early, maybe). Anyway, we are looking for another sponsor to obtain a vBulletin board for us in exchange for advertising on the website and in the forums as well.
The forum must be vBulletin 2.2 and it must be an actual license that we will be able to login to and download 2.2 and the newer released from, ect.
We just need a sponsor to obtain this forum us in exchange for a good deal of advertising (and once the site jump starts you will get traffic to your website). The hacks section at vBulletin was one of the MOST used sections on the website and our website is simply bring some of that back bit by bit.
If anyone is interested in helping up out and providing us with a licensed version of vBulletin and will do this in exchange for advertising (enough to pay of the license, probably more since you are helping us out - at least 1 year of advertising - we can work things out).
Please contact contact me as soon as you can, I would like to get the board up as soon as possible (and the sponsors banner as well so you will be credited with the help).
I would appreciate anyone who will help, you will be helping out a site that is sure to grow. We have the domain, enough space, and bandwidth to accomedate this - we just need the vBulletin software.
