then they wanted me out of there (paid me a lot :P) and I left... since I didnt like the way they did business....

so they took over...

I just talked to Leslie (Eagle) and he said (I quote)..

Okay, I've stayed quiet about this long enough. :)

I gave him some domain names that were about to expire, a few months back. I had them listed here and nobody wanted them...he offered $10 each and I said 'sure'. He never could get his credit card to go through our merchant account - so I just gave him the domains. That was my FIRST and ONLY dealings with him, up to that point.

Well, about a month later he asked me to post here telling everyone how I have done business with them in the past and that they are great, etc., etc. He also said that he would do the same for me. Of course, we wouldn't use our real names here.

After giving him a long rant about ethics - he decided that he wasn't seriously asking me to do that. :eek:

He then later contacted me about getting a dedicated server from him. Curious, I asked several questions - and the answers never quite seemed to add up. Upon telling him this, he became very abusive and rude. Basically, I told him not to contact me again.

Sooooooo...he proceeded to ICQ, AIM, email me under different names asking for forgiveness.

Bottom line...my impression is that this guy is a few fries short of a Happy Meal.

Hmmm...after he was abusive and rude to me, because I questioned some things he promised me in a server package, he claimed his wife was in bad health and that's why he lost his temper.

My wife is in bad health, but I would never use that as an excuse for anything. That is very sad indeed.

I'm not an ex customer (though nearly purchased a server once), but as an observer....
If someone sells their company - why would the new owner simply shut it down and loose customers ? Seems a farcical to me, or I missing something?

Okay, it's true that I left EWS. Why?
Here's why:

I was not happy with their policy towards clients, and the way they did business. Besides that, payment was bad (not the amount, just them not paying)

BUT: I will NOT tolerate ANYONE saying that it is MY fault that they NOW have such bad service.

I worked my ass off to keep my clients happy, to gain clients and to support them. I worked 20 to 22 hour days, 7 a week. I lost my wife and my health because of it. Find it true or not, that I leave up to you.

My health seriously went down the drain. I started loosing my hair, and my weight went back to 120lbs. I also had sleeping problems and my entire body sometimes just started shaking for several minutes.

I ALWAYS respected people... I ALWAYS treated my clients right, not ever have I had any complaint about MY (me personally) way of dealing with clients...
I am a man that holds respect up high - for there is already a lack of respect in the works (e.g. --> USA bombing)
It is up to you to believe me. I can imagine you find me a liar, if so, that is okay by me. I will not force you to choose else way, and I will respect your choice however I truly regret it.
However, I do KINDLY ask you to respect my private life I restarted now and NOT to post anything about ME. I do not care what you post about EWS, just leave me out of it, for I did not deserve this.

EWS went on with the other president, and he did it his way. I quit and as from then I am no longer responsible for his actions. Because of a lawsuit he filed against me I was NOT allowed to tell anyone about a "take-over". We have discussed this with his and my lawyer and compromised.

A message to Brad: I sincerely pitty you. I helped you so many **** times and I didn't charge you a damn cent for it where other's did! And now you post something I tell you because I trust you on a board? Thanks a whole lot. Sincerely appreciate your help and thank you for not charging me for it!!

As for Tina: You did not speak to me about that Dedicated / colocation deal. That was "F" you spoke to. He was also the one that apologized to you (from my workstation btw, just to clarify). I also tried to phone you to explain this to you, however, you never answered the phone for "whatever" reason.
JFYI - I am far from the age of eating happy meals....

Also, I did once sent you a message to apologize for what happened and I told you I lost my temper, which I did, towards Frederik. Which you (I now presume) failed to understand.
Yes, my wife (ex now ) WAS in bad health indeed, she was just diagnosed with cancer 2 days before. I truly regret the fact that you use such a thing to make me look bad and to get your business back up... Now THAT is what I call WEAK... Did I ever tell anyone about YOUR disability? NO! WHY? Since I respect people for WHO they are and not WHAT they are...

Again, I apologize for what happened, but please DO understand there is nothing I can do about it. It now is the new EWS's policy and I am no longer part of that.
Please respect my choice, respect me choosing for myself again. I truly apologize if I offended anyone, but please understand the reason for my defence: I truly feel I did not deserve this after all I have done for so many people...

But please understand: I am a man that holds respect up high. Respect me for who I am. I NEVER did anyone harm; I have been taken advantage of MANY MANY times of all the good things I did and offered. Look at Brad, helped him many times setting up his servers, for free. He stabs me in the back. Offered Tina help SEVERAL times for the domains, and I WANTED to pay for them so badly, offered many many times to pay for them, and she now uses this fact against me (of course she doesn't mention ALL details... understandibly...)

Anyways... To all of you:
One thing I learned, and which I am very greatful for and which I will continue doing so.
Respect your clients, and treat them with care. And love your beloved ones, do not spill all your time trying to build a business, why you can build on something much stronger, and much more valuable then a business... A life, a partnership...
I lost mine, got it back. And until you experienced yourself, you can NOT imagine how greatful I am for this...

You call it harrasment? Tina, grow up and think like an adult. Adult talk stuff over. If I have a problem with someone, I talk about it with them so we can both resolve any issues there might be. I am always very kind and polite, even when you have insulted me like this.

Obviously you are not ready yet to do this. So I suggest instead of yelling at people, you consider what you have done, and how you could do better.

Before even more people think of you as a not only a non-professional business woman, but also a very non-social woman in person...
