I am interested in reselling domain names but I have a few questions for you all. All these questions are related to a reseller using the API system.

Do you have to provide your own support? Generally what type of questions do you get?

Do you have to setup your own merchant account?

I have been looking at the Directi domain reseller and it seems to provide the best deal. Can some of the Directi resellers point me to their branded storefront or homepage?

1) yes most people offer their own support
2) most people use their own merchant account unless using the registrar processing service where some servuces like enom registerPDQ requires it or registryrocket.

reseller can't point their websites here since it will be considered as self promotion but they can PM you their URL if they want :)
