It seems that some webhosts these days are using CogentCo (that fiber company that wholesales 100Mbps for only $3000 per month).

Where can I find good webhosts with prices comparable to cogent that allow sites that have adult sections?

I know RackShack.net is coming out with a great deal based on Cogent, but they're not offering it yet.

Not only that, but rackhsack also des not allow adult sites hosted on the network ...

I believe rackshack has indicated that they will allow adult content on their Cogent-based offering. The reason they don't allow this kind of content on their other services is because adult sites tend to use a huge amount of bandwidth, and if lots of their customers started using 300 GB/month of tranfer, that would slow down other users.
