Not sure this really belongs in the Programming forum, but its the best place I can find...........

So I currently have a page divided into 2 frames. What I want to do is change the address of one page from the address bar. I cant use a normal link with the target location, it must be a command that can be typed into the address bar...

Any ideas...?
