at least 1 POP3 catch all
my own SMTP\POP3 servers
ftp access, at least one account
at least 1Mb web space
customized error pages
[any stuff].my_domain.bla requests is moved to my_domain.bla
No ads

<$30/year, 15 days money back
Just for private sites.
Any advice welcome.

at least 1mb web space?? You can get it free at emote.org (http://www.emote.org), no banners attached and reasonable speed.

Let me just say I have my site at 34sp (http://www.34sp.com) since a year and find them very good and very affordable.
You can try your-site (http://your-site.com) or below10host (http://below10host.com), or dimension8 (http://dim8.net). You'll get alot more space, but you'll have to pay a bit more.
And I have sweethomes.com (http://www.sweethomes.com) bookmarked, but I don't know anyone who uses them aside from animeinn.com.

The pricing of the Dimension8 entry level package is interesting: 9.50/month, but only 50/year.

Pay by the year on any of our packages and save! I think you will find most any company you purchase a site from you will get a break bases on montly or yearly payments as well as by the larger the package the better the deal!
