Support times are an absolute maximum of 5 hours, and this is only for the very most complicated of problems.

Obviously times to solve problems will vary largely on the problem, for example with domain name transfers, outside parties are involved, however most problems are solved first time.

Actually, I am little scary these days for signup any new reseller account. Last time my old service provider company have a problem of lock password two time in one week. Beacuse of this 10 of my clients left me. So what you say about it? Please give me your MSN Id so we talk more on it.

I just signed up. My previous webhost FLEXIHOSTINGS.NET froze my account when I went 800MB over my bandwidth limit. I received messages the same day that I was at 80% and then that I had exceeded. That's some lousy customer service if you ask me! As of right now, I have had a priority 1 ticket in with them for my domain for over an hour with no reply. I was there customer for nearly a year and a half and they jack me around like this? Pitiful. I surely hope NETSENDER is as good as they claim to be and lives up to Aviary's glowing recommendation.

I just signed up with Netsender after quite a long talk with Matt. He answered all my questions in a timely manner, no hesitations, with request he set me up a file to download to test and no false information. The order process went fast without any hiccups, got myself a custom package the lite (us reseller with 1.5gb of space, instead of the standard 400mb). If everything goes well i'll post a update, if not i'll post a update, i'll let you know how it goes, but what i've seen and tested were flying :)

wow... that seems like one heck of a deal..... do you have a phone number, Matt?.. i can't trust a host that i can't contact over the phone if all else fails. trust me. i prefer sending email, because i'm very soft spoken & don't like repeating myself all the time. when i talk on the phone, i sound like a broken record, people are always like "WHAT?... WHAT'D YOU SAY? HUH?" screaming at me like i'm the one that can't hear... LoL so believe me, it'd be a last resort. & i don't mind out of country calls. i frequently call the UK, Denmark, the Philippines, Japan, China and Malaysia to make business arrangements & stuff. (and people wonder why i can't afford a dedicated server...) so if you can give me a phone number.. that'd be fantastic & I'll sign up immediately.

what about the international money orders you get from the US post office?... i've sent those to japan & stuff & have had no problems.. the pink ones... i think they are pink.. aren't the ones for the US green? or am i getting that backwards?... anyway.. i've never sent one to the UK before.. maybe they're a pain in the (_|_) to cash or something... i dunno. lol

anybody know how much bank transfers cost?..... i've never sent money via bank transfer before... just curious. :)

Just to answer candies query, We can take International US Postal Money Orders, but they have to be either quarterly, bi annual or annual payments. As Monthly will be affected by cashing fee's imposed by our bank.

After 2 days, Matt answered the ticket. According to him the person who should answer the ticket is on holiday. I'm just wonder is that a good answer? This shows that they are not good enough in managing tasks.

the ticket was assigned to someone, well rather, they had ownership of it, and they went on holiday. I thought this was ok, as they had no open tickets. However unixHQ had re-opened the ticket, so I took ownership after I realised that the current ownership was to David, who was on holiday.

I can assure, you that all customers and prospective customers, will have their support requests answered within 4 hours, maximum.
