which would be best, renewal on the one month annivesary of accoutn activation, or renewing all accounts on the 1st of the month?
anyone have any experience on which worked best for them?

its easier to keep track when you bill on the begining of the months..

Yep, I think it is better to pay your bill at the beginning of a month.

We bill on the first of the month every month.
It is easier because we immediately can look at cash flow or finances and know without having to calculate anything. Also it is a lot easier to see which accounts are in default because we immediately know and can deal with all of them at the same time rather than missing one which went by on the 18th of some month on a Saturday.
Let's say the user register and pay the 15th ?
You bill him again the 1st ?

Yes. But keep in mind you would charge a prorated amount for 15th -> 30th.....
Instead of say $50 for the month, only charge $25..
