Is it just me or is RackShack.net down and also all of the dedicated servers they host!!?

Well, it was down for a few minutes, scared the crap out of me, but everything is fine now!

Yeah this is not good. I cannot get to my rack and thus my email.

At least their website is down! My biggest pet peeve is when my site is down but my providers site is up.

I hope they handle this soon.

My 2 machines are down as well. This, only hours after I unplug my old network and make the final switch to RackShack...

I don't have their phone number here, or I'd give a call.

still down. i thought was directnic which is down often. but it's rackschack. it's been an hour. i hope this never happens again.

This is a serious problem. Its my first problem with rackshack, but I wait its the last.

Any people Know whem (hours, minutes, etc) up the servers?

by my watch it went down about 1 hour and 37 minutes ago.

but it's been up and down a few times before that.

i give em a few more hours before they sort it out:(

No refunds that I know of. They make no uptime guarantees. It is clearly stated as such in their AUP.

Oh well, off I go to bed, with 2 servers down. :(

Added incentive to get my backup solution in place. Should be a fun weekend.

yeah, i sent an email off to ev1.net and asked them to forward it off to rackshack.net.

is it still down for everyone else? that's suprising for rackshack.

ev1 is still doing alright. is the ev1 IRC server still down? if ev1 is still up, wouldn't their IRC server be as well? isn't the rackshack IRC support channel on ev1's irc server?

nevermind. i stand corrected. it seems ev1's IRC server is down as well. sheesh.

Still down, and IRC is down as well. We have been trying to connect since just after it went down. It came up once for about 2 minutes and the went kaput. I think the IRC server is most likely on the same network infastructure as the rackshack services. Man, I dunno whats going on but its been down for ages now, this really sucks. Or as I like to say "this really blows goat balls".
