I just added a new site and for some reason its showing an ISE500, i have files uploaded and i have checked their permissions and nothing is showing within the apache error logs.
the only thing i've noticed is

[Wed Oct 31 12:37:45 2001] [error] mod_gzip: Make sure all named directories exist and have the correct permissions
the only thing i've noticed is
