Why would you put the wrong title?

I ended up editing the post name, but it didn't update. At least the title that belongs to the post is the correct one :S

What about signing a NDA first?

That is a very good point you have brought up. I have found in the past that a lot of small companies who are interested in selling do not bother sending over a NDA to sign. A lot of them are not even aware of what an NDA is. However, we leave that up to the company we are dealing with to decide whether or not they would like us to sign the non-disclosure agreement.

If anyone who is interested in selling their hosting company would like us to sign their NDA before they send us the information all they have to do is PM me and I will give them an email address to send it to.
