New book out, titled - Web Hosting, A Complete Strategy, by Carl Burnham. Really got alot out of it. The book gives a detailed overview of the web hosting business for potential resellers, includes alot of tips on marketing, scripting, and the types of web hosting. Is focused towards IT consultants, web designers, etc. wanting to add to what they offer. Also covers advanced topics for web hosts like security, BGP, and load balancing. Got it at bn.com.

Thanks for the info - But would that book be helpfull for newbies only or for professionals too?

Kind of a mixed bag. The front of the book is more towards newbies, talking about the market, the types of web hosts, differences between ASP, JSP, PHP, that type of thing. It has some advanced sections later in the book that cover security and caching, that existing hosts would benefit from I think. Plus a bunch of marketing tips that shows inexpensive ways to improve customer service.
